A new development has recently been completed in Bushmills, County Antrim. The above photo shows one of the dwellings. Let's look at this building and how it relates to the original "accepted" plan and how the Planners have since dealt with these "transgressions" ...- It is not built in the position as defined in the original plan. It could well be several metres nearer the existing (white) bungalow in the background.
- The grey exterior was not on the plan. The accepted plan shows a yellow exterior (all 3o of the other dwellings are also gray instead of yellow.)
- The guttering and facia boards should be black (not white) The same applies to all 30 of the similar dwellings on this site.
